Trek Madone SLR 7 Disc Road Bike 2020
Trek’s Madone SLR 7 Disc Road Bike has a supremely aerodynamic frameset that features Kammtail Virtual Foil tube shape and totally internal cable routing to minimise drag. The 700 Series OCLV Carbon frame also makes use of Trek’s clever adjustable IsoSpeed system which lets the seat tube move independently to the frame for greatly increased compliance.
The Shimano Ultegra hydraulic brakes don’t just work fantastically at slowing the bike down, they also give increased tyre clearance and improved airflow through the frame, whilst the long-proven Shimano Ultegra Di2 11-speed electronic groupset is able to provide accurate, snappy shifts even when under pressure out of the saddle. Fit-wise the Madone SLR 7 uses Trek’s H1.5 geometry for a more aggressive setup but with a micro-adjust seat mast and adjustable stem/handlebar system, it's still straightforward to find a comfortable, powerful position.
