Trek Rail 9 Electric Mountain Bike 2021
The Trek Rail 9 Electric Mountain Bike is an alloy steed equipped with a premium full-suspension set up and components that eat up tough trails with glee. The addition of the powerful, compact Bosch Performance CX motor adds 250W of assistance up to 25km/h, so a power top-up comes in handy to aid challenging climbs. The Bosch PowerTube 625 battery is neatly concealed within the tough alloy frame when in use, but can be removed tool-free with ease should a charge be needed - it also completes a full charge in just under five hours.
This bike's geometry can also be fine-tuned to accommodate rider preference using the Mino Link. The RockShox ZEB fork boasts 160mm of travel for all-mountain capability, and is ultra-responsive with burly 38mm stanchions. Rear suspension comes in the form of the RockShox Super Deluxe Ultimate RT3 shock, complete with an updated damper to provide plush suspension that makes for a super smooth ride.
When opening it up on descents or sweeping corners, the Bontrager Line Elite Dropper seatpost gets the saddle out of the way so weight can be kept back and low and SRAM Code R 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes provide powerful, rapid stopping. 12-speed SRAM GX Eagle components leave no need to grind it up steeper gradients, with a low 52-tooth climbing gear catering for challenging terrain and the Eagle drivetrain ensuring solid shifting.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
