Trek Rail 9.7 NX Electric Mountain Bike 2021
At home on the trails, the Trek Rail 9.7 NX Electric Mountain Bike is a carbon bodied steed unafraid to rip up descents or give an extra kick up tougher climbs. The Bosch Performance CX motor lends a generous 250W at up to 25km/h should energy levels wane or the terrain calls for some assistance and the Bosch PowerTube 625 completes a full charge in just under five hours should you want to plan ahead for a ride. The battery is kept neatly out of sight within the frame when in use and is easily removed, without the need for tools.
160mm of travel is provided in the RockShox Yari RC fork, with 150mm of travel to the rear with the RockShox Deluxe Select+ shock - making this a bike that's ready to conquer all-mountain riding with force-absorbing capability.
Geometry can be adjusted to best-fit rider preference using the Mino Link, and the Bontrager Line Dropper seatpost is useful on steeper sections and descents when weight needs to be kept back and low. Topping off this shred-ready build is a 1x12 SRAM NX Eagle drivetrain that provides smooth-shifting gearing options galore, and powerful 4-piston Shimano M6120 hydraulic disc brakes to boost confidence for unflinching descents.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
