Trek Rail 9.9 X01 AXS Eagle Electric Mountain Bike 2020
Trek’s Rail 9.9 X01 AXS Eagle Electric Mountain Bike could hardly have a better spec list, making it perfect for riders who value quality and performance, and relish the opportunity to get more vertical metres in every ride.
At the core of the bike is an OCLV carbon chassis that uses a RockShox Deluxe RT3 shock with Thru Shaft damper to give 150mm of travel and a 160mm travel fork in the form of a RockShox Lyrik Ultimate. Nestled within the carbon frame is Bosch’s latest 250W Performance CX pedal-assist motor that has four separate power modes: Eco (60%), Tour (140%), Turbo (340%) and the intelligent eMTB (140-340%). These modes can be changed on the move via the handlebar-mounted remote so that the right level of assistance is always to hand. The 625Wh battery is integrated into the downtube, but is easy to remove without recourse to tools for simple off the bike recharging if required.
SRAM’s innovative fully wireless X01 Eagle AXS groupset provides not just cable-free, accurate shifting but also allows customisation of functions via the app, and controls the RockShox Reverb AXS dropper seatpost wirelessly too. The 12-speed cassette has a super-wide spread of gears, ranging from a 10 sprocket to a 50 tooth monster, so all gradients are well catered for. Powerful and dependable, Shimano’s XT M8120 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes with 203mm rotors are some of the best in the business, providing easy to modulate stopping power descent after descent thanks to their cooling technologies.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
