Trek Remedy 8 27.5 Mountain Bike 2021
With a resilient but reactive frame, suspension that can take the biggest hits and accurate components all wrapped up within a high-value package, the Trek Remedy 8 27.5 Mountain Bike grants performance to any rider across the trails, no matter their severity.
The Alpha Platinum Aluminium frame is lively but robust and combines with its substantial linkage design and long travel RockShox damping unit to deliver efficient power transfer and traction across any off-road terrain. The RockShox Lyrik Select+ fork joins the frame and donates heightened line accuracy and composure even when attacking repetitive berms and jumps at a high velocity. The frame and fork are linked via a balanced geometry, and this can be altered mid-ride depending on the approaching trails, thanks to the integrated Mino Link chip format.
A SRAM GX Eagle 12-speed gear setup gives a vast range of ratios so that riding across any topography is possible and this drives the Bontrager Line Comp 30 27.5” wheels that are spritely through turns but easily take large impacts. The SRAM Code R hydraulic disc brakes use a four-piston system to give controlled stopping power whatever the conditions while the dropper post completes the build by providing extra control on tricky descents.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
