Trek Remedy 8 XT 27.5" Mountain Bike 2020
The Remedy 8 XT 27.5" from Trek is a hard-charging mountain bike that has a 150mm/160mm chassis for versatile all-mountain performance. The Alpha Platinum Aluminium frame benefits from the Knock Block Frame protection concept and has the variable geometry Mino Link in the rocker to lower the bottom bracket and slacken the head angle. The RockShox Deluxe RT3 rear shock has a RE:aktiv 3-position damper to keep the wheel gripping the terrain and to provide an efficient platform for pedalling uphill, whilst the RockShox Lyrik Select Plus fork has 160mm of travel with good small bump sensitivity as well as big hit protection.
Shimano’s 12-speed XT range offers almost all of the performance of the range-topping XTR at a much more reasonable price, and makes a very sensible option on a bike which is designed to be ridden hard. Bontrager supply the 27.5” Line Comp 30 wheels with Boost spacing and the Line Dropper seatpost, as well as the other finishing kit.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
