Trek Remedy 9.8 27.5" GX Mountain Bike 2021
Featuring a state of the art full carbon frame, long-travel suspension, carbon wheels and accurate components, the Trek Remedy 9.8 27.5" GX Mountain Bike is a multifaceted trail bike that’s perfect for attacking fast downhills and jumps while remaining spritely enough for climbing.
The OCLV Mountain Carbon frame offers high levels of strength and robustness but remains light and nimble. This frame houses a FOX DPX2 rear shock that uses its 150mm of travel in combination with the meticulously designed linkage unit to deliver elevated amounts of traction and increased pedalling efficiency across rough surfaces. The FOX Performance 38 fork complements the frame via its 160mm of suspension and tremendously stiff stanchions to heighten line accuracy and composure.
A balanced geometry gives a multifaceted performance and this can be adjusted as the trails dictate, mid-ride, via the integrated Mino-Link system. Bontrager Line Elite 30 wheels use their 27.5” circumference and their carbon rims to infuse extra reactivity into the ride and are strong enough to deal with the heaviest of blows. The SRAM GX Eagle gears offer a wide range of ratios for a variety of topography while the SRAM Code R hydraulic disc brakes give precision and control whatever the weather conditions. A dropper post completes the build by helping the rider remain perfectly poised on fast and technical descents.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
