Trek Top Fuel 9.8 XT Mountain Bike 2020
Trek’s Top Fuel 9.8 XT Mountain Bike is intended for long, epic rides, whether they are multi-day stage races, 24 hour races or simply big days out. The full suspension set up enables speed and efficiency to be maintained hour after hour, keeping the wheels in contact with the ground for traction and protecting the rider from fatigue-inducing bumps. Both the front and rear FOX Performance shock units can be locked out together on smoother trails so that no watts are wasted.
Shimano’s XT drivetrain provides virtually all the performance of the range-topping XTR, but at a fraction of the price, offering superbly crisp and precise shifting across the wide-range 12-speed cassette, whilst the SLX hydraulic disc brakes are equally impressive in their performance. 29” carbon Bontrager Kovee Elite 30 wheels help keep rotational mass down with their stiffness increased by the Boost spacing, and the Bontrager Line Elite Dropper seatpost means that when the trail gets technical or steep the saddle can be instantly lowered out of the way.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
