Panels of ICE X cooling yarn act to lower your body temperature when you're working hard and, coupled with 50D elastane, provide full freedom of movement. In the lower portion of the suit, 105D/CK Lycra yarns will stabilise your muscles, decrease oscillation and promote improved blood circulation. The result? Fresher legs for longer and the ability to push yourself harder to achieve your goals.

The impact from running on the road can take its toll on your knees. Quadricep mapping dissipates the load on your knee joint and limits wear and tear. The quad muscles are better supported which in turn reduces fatigue and strain to the muscles.

The shoulders and side panels are designed to cut drag and increase your speed on the bike. Dimpled airflow technology is aerodynamic, and an element of compression supports your muscles.

Making or breaking your ride experience is often the protection and comfort provided by the chamois. The Elite LD chamois is multi-layered with high-density foam strategically placed to cushion you in areas of contact with the saddle. The perforation technology enhances ventilation and dries quickly, perfect for when you're out of the water and onto the bike.

Perforated silicone grippers hold the short securely against the leg and create a smooth silhouette, while a full front zip means you can adjust the levels of ventilation or even pull down the upper portion for running on hot days. Two rear pockets are easy to access and provide a space to keep your essential race nutrition.
