With space for up to a 54mm mountain bike tyre, yet with aero styling, the Exploro can go places that are well out of reach of one-trick road bikes. The innovative Hang Loose hanger and thru-axle, that completely detaches the rear mech when the wheel is removed, make changing a tyre in remote places mess and fuss-free. However gritty the terrain, the internal cables and hoses keep potentially vulnerable elements well clear of filth for consistent and reliable performance.
The unique look is dictated by the Sqaero tubing which is airfoil on the windward edge to be slick through the air and truncated at the back for strength and stiffness. The solid and reliable SRAM Force 1 drivetrain can handle all conditions without compromising performance and the Discus Plus wheelset is specifically designed to accommodate wider tyres for all-road capability and comfort.
