Cervelo P5 Dura-Ace Di2 Disc TT/Triathlon Bike 2019
With the P5 Dura-Ace Di2 Disc TT/Triathlon Bike, Cervelo have taken one of the most lauded, coveted and successful time trial and triathlon bikes on the planet and made it faster, lighter and more stable, all whilst conforming to the UCI’s rigorous regulations.
The totally redesigned frame features a unique steerer and basebar/extension assembly that is both incredibly aerodynamic and offers a wide range of adjustability. At the other end of the bike, the bottom bracket stiffness has been improved by 26% for better power transfer, and the frame and fork have lost 350 grams over the previous model. The new frame also offers very generous wheel clearance, with 36mm of space between both the seat and chainstays there is plenty of clearance for up to 28mm tyres, even on the widest of modern rims, all whilst maintaining the recommended 4mm clearance on all sides.
As befits a superbike of this calibre, Cervelo has spared no expense on the components either. Shimano’s Dura-Ace Di2 groupset needs little introduction as it has long been a favourite of professional riders the world over, bringing with it the ability to change gear from either the basebar or the extensions as well as powerful hydraulic disc brakes. The ENVE SES Disc 5.6 wheels are a fast, stable choice suitable for a variety of conditions and course, whilst the icing on the cake is undoubtedly the inclusion of CeramicSpeed’s watt-saving oversized pulley wheels, UFO chain and bottom bracket.
Lastly, Cervelo knows full well that Ironman distance athletes require a lot of fuel during a race, and so the engineers built in two removable SmartPak bento box style food pouches on the top tube and integrated the Aerobottle to minimise its effect on drag.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
