Aerodynamic and versatile, the Fulcrum Wind 40 Clincher Wheelset uses a 40mm deep carbon rim that handles well in a wide variety of weather conditions whilst still cutting through the wind at speed.

The rim uses MoMag technology so that standard nipples can be used for ease of maintenance without having to compromise the integrity of the rim bed by drilling it, making tubeless set up easier.

Fulcrum Wind 40 Clincher Wheelset

Fulcrum’s Wind 40 Clincher Wheelset is intended as an all-conditions road wheel, suitable for fast training rides, Gran Fondos and crit racing. The shallow 40mm deep carbon rim still provides an aerodynamic advantage without ever becoming a handful in difficult conditions, and the AC3 (all Conditions Carbon Control) laser brake track treatment improves braking by up to 30% in wet conditions. Their MoMag technology means that the rim bed doesn't have to be drilled for the spokes and nipples, ensuring better structural integrity and easier tubeless conversion whilst still enabling the use of traditional style nipples.

Please note, the manufacturer does not recommend using latex inner tubes with carbon clincher wheels. Using latex tubes may void your warranty.
