With advanced turn-by-turn navigation and Garmin's excellent cycle maps preinstalled, this Edge 520 Plus Bundle GPS Enabled Computer comes with a heart rate monitor, speed and cadence sensors, so you can track your performance with great accuracy.

Preloaded with Garmin's excellent cycle mapping, the 520 Plus features turn-by-turn navigation, so you can easily follow new routes on your training rides. Should you deviate from your chosen course, the navigation system will plot a route to get you back on track. It also features ‘Trendline Popularity’ routing data, which essentially indicates which routes cyclists prefer to use.

The Edge 520 Plus is designed to follow predetermined courses, but by using the Saved Points function, riders can navigate to saved locations without inputting a course. This is particularly handy for finding your way back home, should you fancy exploring or simply get lost while out and about.

With Rider-to-rider messaging, you can communicate with your fellow riders (using compatible smartphones), sending prewritten messages straight from your Edge 520 Plus to theirs. Use this function to ask your riding partners to wait, tell them you're peeling off home, or simply use it to boast that you crested the climb first.

In addition to the excellent Edge 520 head unit, this bundle includes a Garmin soft strap premium heart rate monitor, as well as a speed and a cadence sensor so you can track your performance on the bike with superb accuracy.

The unit's ANT+ connectivity also supports compatible power meters (sold separately), for even more performance tracking metrics, so you can optimise your training to maximise your performance.

The Edge 520 Plus is also compatible with Garmin's Varia range (sold separately), which brings a whole new level of safety to cycling with smart bike lights and rearview radar functions, that alert the head unit when cars are approaching from behind. Customise the device with apps from Garmin's ConnectIQ store to add additional functionality, such as weather predicting apps.
