Polar H10 Heart Rate Sensor
The Polar H10 is an incredibly accurate heart rate sensor designed to maximise the value of every training session, and you'll be able to keep track of both fitness and recovery. The precision unit attaches to an adjustable Polar Pro strap for comfort around the chest, with silicone dots preventing it from slipping down as you run or train.
Electrodes read your heart rate without interference, and you can connect the H10 to watches and other training devices, as well as apps and compatible gym equipment. Connectivity is via Bluetooth or ANT+, with dual Bluetooth an option so your running watch and bike computer, for example, can both display your heart rate simultaneously. The Polar Beat app means you are able to see your heart rate in real-time on your phone, but if you don't happen to have your phone and another device to hand, the H10 will still track a single training session for viewing post-workout.
Powered by a CR2025 battery, the unit has a long battery life of 400 hours and is water resistance to 30 metres so you can even record your heart rate while swimming, making this a valuable tool no matter your preferred sport.
