Edco ProSport Albis Wheelset
Super fast rolling and as smooth as silk, the hand built Edco ProSport Albis Wheelset are for riders who feel the need for speed. At 50 millimetres deep these rims are built to cut efficiently through the air, maximising flat and downhill speed; ideal for quick terrain or time trials. Wonderfully light too at 1513 grams (front 681g / rear 857g), these wheels allow you to look for speed without the daunting weight penalty.
The Full carbon fibre clincher rims have a durable UD finish and a wonderfully grippy CTg braking surface. Cutting black Edco logos with the Swiss flag adorn the rim. This adds the finishing touch to one of the most attractive looking wheelsets on the market.
20 spokes holes on the front and 24 on the rear with Sapim CX Sprint spokes maintain an optimised level of aerodynamic efficiency. For the hubs, Edco have used their much sought-after Aptera I on the front and Apetra II on the back. These come in a black anodised finish with smooth rolling 2 SKF industrial ball bearings.
An Edco Multisys+AntiBite cassette body compatible with Campagnolo 9/10/11, Shimano 10/11 and SRAM offers quick and powerful engagement, allowing you to put the maximum power down. Edco QR-PC with aluminium handle and CrMo axle quick release skewers are lightweight at 57 grams on the from and 62 grams on the rear and allow easy removal of the wheels.
As if this already stunning package was not enough, two wheel bags are included for safe and easy transportation.
