Lake CX176 Wide Fit Road Shoes
Whether you've been riding a while or are looking to buy your first pair of road cycling shoes, Lake's CX176 Wide Fit Road Shoes feature plenty of performance technology and will keep your feet comfortable on the longest training rides or sportives.
This wider version has 15mm of extra volume in the ball of the foot, and the Sport last prevents excess movement by offering a snug fit with a fitted toe-box, high arch and mid-width ball girth. This all but eliminates the risk of numbness and hot spots developing for comfort from start to finish.
The sole is constructed from Lake's Competition fibreglass-injected nylon and transfers power efficiency so your watts are translated into speed. Compatible with three-bolt cleats, these shoes will suit both Shimano and Look pedal systems. An Action Leather and mesh upper offers excellent breathability and durability and the PU surface treatment prevents excess stretch in the fabric and adds some water resistance so your feet will stay dry longer when you're out in less than ideal conditions.
The single BOA and velcro strap closure system ensures an even spread of pressure across the foot and allows micro-adjustment on the go.
