Lake MX237 Wide Fit Carbon Mountain Bike Shoes
Incorporating Lake's Competition Last, and perfect for riders with wider feet, these MX237 Wide Fit Carbon Mountain Bike Shoes are designed to meet the demands of those who race and ride hard. This last has a larger toe box and tighter heel than the Comfort last for higher cadence, higher pressure riding styles.
A stiff carbon sole is married to a grippy Mountain Race X real rubber outsole for good purchase when your feet are out of the pedals or you're shouldering your bike on a steep, unrideable incline. The upper is designed to withstand the tougher conditions of cyclocross or mountain biking and is constructed from full-grain leather and mesh, with perforations to prevent overheating. A leather heel lining brings additional comfort and support.
The two BOA dials and laces make for a secure fit that spreads pressure evenly across the top of the foot. There's plenty of adjustment in this system and mid-ride micro-adjustments can be carried out with ease.
