Designed to win world cups, Scott presents the Spark RC 900 WC HMX Mountain Bike Frame + Rock Shox Fork. An incredibly smooth riding rig with optimised pedal efficiency.

Following their reputation for lightweight frames, Scott constructed the Spark 900 WC with their Carbon Experts' HMX carbon fibre. Boasted to be 20% stiffer and around 14% lighter than the industry standard HMF carbon fibre, the HMX composite delivers an incredibly lightweight yet durable frame without compromising power transfer.

Enhancing the superior quality of this frame is the addition of the air sprung Rockshox SID RLC Fork. Designed solely for cross country machines the SID RLC has been optimised around 100mm of travel. By reducing weight from its predecessor's 120mm designed chassis and adding more material to the fork's upper, Rockshox developed a stiffer, more durable fork. With technology taken from Rockshox's high-end Pike, this fork offers a smoother ride, retaining speed and control in the prevalence of the increasing technicality of XC courses.

The utilisation of FOX's Nude rear shocks continues to add to the frames smooth ride. Vigorously tested and developed around the gyroscopic pedal stroke, FOX have produced a custom suspension system that maximises performance in all round riding situations, remaining compliant and lightweight in comparison to alternative shock designs that have been developed around the assumption of a static coasting rider. The result is a shock that maintains traction over rough terrain, keeping you in the saddle when it counts most.
