Shimano CS-HG50 9-Speed Cassette
Never run out of gears with the Shimano CS-HG50 9-Speed Cassette. A 13-25 tooth setup, the cassette is designed for all 9-speed Shimano groupsets and 9-speed Shimano compatible wheels. Running smoothly through the gears is a simple procedure with the Hyperglide sprocket design. The computer designed teeth feature contoured shift gates, providing seamless shifting, even when under load.
The close ratio sprockets make working through the gears a simple task and allows you to keep a constant cadence.
Weight is reduced with cut away and drilled sprockets. This still maintains rigidity, especially important when sprinting or putting the power down.
Designed to be used with Super Narrow 9-speed HG chains, the cassette has been nickel plated, providing corrosion resistance. The steel lockring also has this corrosion resistant plating and is easy to use.
Weighing 270 grams this cassette is the perfect addition to any road, time trial, triathlon, cyclocross or hybrid bike.
