This Zipp 808 Firecrest Carbon Tubular is a dedicated front wheel for track riding only. Created to meet the requirements of track racers for whom, fractions of a second deny a spot on the podium, it has been designed with race-winning attention to detail.

The 82mm deep 420v3 rim is constructed using Carbon Bridge technology, a manufacturing process that uses Kevlar to improve the rim's shock absorption and impact resistance while maintaining stiffness in performance.

The profile of the rim features Zipp's unmistakable Aerodynamic Boundary Layer Control (ABLC). This famous dimple pattern improves the aerodynamic performance of the wheel and has been honed specifically for optimal performance on every carbon rim wheel that Zipp produces. Meanwhile, the Firecrest rim shape performs excellently in a crosswind, so this wheel is perfect for indoor and outdoor track racing.

The 333 track hub at the heart of this front wheel is lightweight and responsive. The oversized hub bearings and axle work together to produce a high load capacity and superb reliability.
