Water Lane

Twickenham Waterside

As part of our Soigneur series of our favourite ride destinations, Water Lane Coffee had to make the list. Located a mere hundred metres from the banks of the River Thames, Water Lane Coffee is a bustling addition to West London's food and drink scene.

Whether you are looking for a post-ride stop off after a handful of Richmond Park laps or a caffeine top up before heading out into the Surrey Hills, the welcoming team at Water Lane Coffee is on hand to serve a range of delicious refreshments.

Soigneur - Water Lane Coffee

Not just a coffee bar, providing delectable beans from the likes of Square Mile Coffee, Nomad Coffee and Workshop Coffee, Water Lane Coffee has been carefully designed to be a space that exudes arty and bohemian energy in a tranquil setting, ideal for grabbing a spot of brunch while watching the hustle of bustle of West London pass by.

El and Ione riding

For the first entry in our Soigneur guide, we sent our colleagues El and Ione to Water Lane Coffee, through the beautiful roads we have near our Hampton Wick store.

Here's what they had to say:

"Definitely one for self confessed coffee snobs. Loved their excellent selection of sweet treats which are extra yummy warmed up at this time of year" - Ione

"Delicious coffee, friendly service (and lovely mugs). Water Lane is a great little pit stop for quick cafe rides near Richmond Park." - El

Sigma Sports colleagues El and Ione headed to Water Lane, with Ione wearing Pas Normal Studios clothing, a MET helmet, Oakley sunglasses and Quoc gravel shoes. She rode a Pinarello Grevil F Gravel Bike.
