The Giro Saros is a Helmet capable of doing it all; whether you're training, racing or riding the lanes with your friends the feature-loaded Saros provides performance and comfort in bucket loads.

The Saros has 23 Wind Tunnel vents that are engineered to effectively draw air in and pass it through internal channels before ejecting it from the rear exhaust ports. The highly vented design is made possible by Giro's In-Mould construction. In-Mould fuses the impact absorbing EPS foam liner to the polycarbonate protective shell, this method of construction allows for a much lighter design than traditional 'hard-shell' helmets without compromising the helmet's strength. The structural integrity and protection provided by the Saros is further boosted by a Nylon Roll Cage that acts a tough internal skeleton, strengthening the helmet in the event of a crash.

The Roc Loc 5 retention system is the same as that found on Giro's top end Aeon helmet and is claimed to be 40% lighter than the previous generation. Ample adjustability is provided through a micro-adjustment dial that is located at the rear, making on-the-go tension adjustments simple. Fore/aft tilt adjustment can also be made to ensure that the Roc-Loc system fits comfortably, just below the occipital bone, no matter your head shape/size.

The Giro Saros 2014 Road Helmet is available in White/Silver, Black/Red, Matt Black, Black/Blue. In Superfit sizes S (51-55cm) M (55-59cm) and L (59-63cm).
